Someone kick me, but I must be reliving Monday over and over here. Yesterday my lawnmower dies. So I opted to upgrade to something a bit more hassle free as I grew tired of smelling like a gas pump every time I needed to mow the lawn. Outside of the battery life needing to be a little longer, it is enough to do both my lawns and does a really great job. Electric mowers have come a LONG ways.
Then I receive an email from the financing dept handing our first home loan - they need info that I apparently, do not have. While it sounds like it can be worked around, it proved to be a MASSIVE headache thus far. I spent hours looking for the needed info, but came up short.
Then today, while driving down the freeway - my “gosh-darn” (actually said something else at the time) car opted to blue-screen on me as I was coming off an exit. It appears to be electrical, but will no more later I suppose. Because I am buying a new home, I am really not too interested in seeking out a new car at this time. Sure, I could go all eco-friendly and get on the hybrid scene, but right now I am honestly considering keeping this car as it is really not all that old. Being as I work from home, I really do not need car all the time. So I will have to see what the mechanic suggests. But mark my words, if I find it to be an electrical issue again, time for another car! But alas, it may very well be a fuel filter that got clogged or some sensor that went bonkers. This is what I get for buying an American car…and that pains me as I prefer to buy American whenever possible.
Have you had days like this? Perhaps you have found that when stuff like this happens, it takes place all at once. Whatever it may be, hit the comments, I would love to hear you vent.
